My name is Charles Camp and I am the General Manager at CMA's Valley Subaru. I have been at this location since 2009. I’m married to my wonderful wife Heather and have two beautiful children. We live in Staunton and love to spend time outside with the family playing with the dog or traveling.
I have been in the auto industry for 20 years, and with CMA for over 12 years. I am passionate about “Moving Lives Forward”. In my free time, I enjoy spending time in the outdoors with my wife and daughter.
I have been with CMA’s Valley Subaru for over 8 years and have experience in many different positions at the dealership. I was hired after purchasing my vehicle here and taking interest in the dealership and Subaru as a brand. I started as a salesman and have since moved into management where I was cross trained for multiple other roles to support the dealership. I’m excited for my career at CMA, and I look forward to my future here. Outside of work, I enjoy many of the things that Subaru represents- the outdoors, hiking, and spending time with my family.

Hi! I’m Nicole, and I’ve been with CMA since February 2024. When I’m not helping folks find their perfect vehicle, I’m spending time with my husband Brandon and our two awesome kids. We love to travel and explore new places together. My family and I also own The Pampered Palate in downtown Staunton, where we love being a part of the local community.
I am Brian Cook and began my career in Sales with CMA’s Valley Subaru in 2019. Being an automotive enthusiast, I enjoy helping my customers find the perfect vehicle that meets all of their needs. My name is Andy Mathe and I’ve been selling cars for 14 years. When I wasn’t selling, I was a minister at various churches across the country. I am an aspiring children’s author, avid fan of The Walking Dead, and lover of the outdoors. I enjoy bird watching, riding scooters, and making memories with my wife and two children. Hello, my name is Mindy Hartzell. I am the Customer Experience Director and Love Promise Champion. I have been with CMA since 2016, starting in the Accounting Office, then moving into Internet Sales, and now serving in the most amazing role yet. Helping our customers and being active in our community is truly my passion. Outside of work, I love making memories with my love, Curtis, my children, and my grandkids. I believe it’s the little things in life that matter most.
I have been with CMA’s Valley Subaru since July of 2021. I am locally raised, graduating from Fort Defiance High School in 2002. I spent 10 years of active duty serving the United States as an Infantryman in the US Army. My wife, Lisa, and I have four children, 2 of which are also members of the Military. We are also expecting our first grandchild this September.
Meet Fred. He hangs out in the parking lot and showroom and loves to greet customers. After hours, Fred’s favorite spot is in the Shenandoah National Park where he hikes, forages, climbs trees, swims, and hibernates.
